Dr. Charles "Eric" Jones
I am the product of a blue collar Midwestern family that taught me the value of hard work and dedication. After serving five years in the United States Air Force, I attended California State Sacramento, and then the number 2 ranked dental school in the country, the University of Nebraska. I completed two externships, one in Public Health in Washington State and one at Indian health Services in Flagstaff, Arizona. In 2005 I purchased a smaller dental practice in Brookings, Oregon where I spent the next eight years growing and establishing myself not only as the premier dental office in town but as a real community member. My wife and I were involved in volunteer dentistry with Medical Teams International, community health programs, and last but not least, coaching and mentoring. I coached at the recreation level as well as the high school level for both boys and girls. I have a strong belief in the power of mentoring and growth through sports.
My wife and our four children are so grateful to be a part of this beautiful community. We continue to support the community in coaching and mentoring, fundraising and community volunteer service.
I love to spend time with my wife and family. We love the Ashland community and the beautiful trails, mountains and lakes in the area. My individual passions are coaching basketball and competing at Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
I grew up here, graduating from North Medford high school. In 2014 I got married and moved to Virginia Beach where I spent two years there and attended Dental assisting school while my husband was in the U.S Navy. When I’m not at work I enjoy the outdoors, baking, movie nights and anything animal related. I’m known around the office as the animal lady, and will always stop for a lost animal. I love getting to know all our patients on personal level while making them feel comfortable, and helping make the appointment enjoyable.
